Saving figures in matlab can be done in several ways: on the matlab command line you can use the good old print command, with the appropriate input arguments. If you are using a relatively recent matlab version you can use exportgraphics as a command. Alternatively you can also save the figure through the interactive figure menu, which is part of the figure window. Note that saving figures as such is not a functionality that is provided by FieldTrip, it’s basic matlab. Searching in the matlab documentation, stackoverflow or google might give you good directions of what to do.

Good luck,
Jan-Mathijs

I am reaching out to seek your assistance with an issue I am encountering while visualizing source plots using the FieldTrip toolbox, specifically with the ft_sourceplot function. My goal is to save individual plots when using cfg.method = 'ortho'. However, I am facing a challenge when I attempt to use cfg.method = 'surface', which results in an error indicating that the coordinate systems do not match.
