Hi Julio,

Just to follow up on this: I did not realize that there was a matlab m-file in the ftp directory. FYI: I have removed this one, because it is out of sync with what is on the webpage. In order to keep things in sync, it’s best to have the code represented at a single location only. In an ideal world it would be great if somebody has the bandwidth to check (and correct, if necessary) whether the figures match the advertised code.

Best wishes,
Jan-Mathijs

Dear Julio,

The color map used in figure 8 is ‘RdBu’ from https://de.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/34087-cbrewer-colorbrewer-schemes-for-matlab<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://de.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/34087-cbrewer-colorbrewer-schemes-for-matlab__;!!HJOPV4FYYWzcc1jazlU!_PQsKoNpgzSekz11kgVIRqQJ8w0a0igUXZrUFRceLpI3LNNi9iDeTfHn5Ef0wGhKPaSXcHGP_HQrjbPulUQXiZpBEYyEMe2H87eWLg$>.
You might want to check the functionality of https://github.com/fieldtrip/fieldtrip/blob/master/plotting/ft_colormap.m<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://github.com/fieldtrip/fieldtrip/blob/master/plotting/ft_colormap.m__;!!HJOPV4FYYWzcc1jazlU!_PQsKoNpgzSekz11kgVIRqQJ8w0a0igUXZrUFRceLpI3LNNi9iDeTfHn5Ef0wGhKPaSXcHGP_HQrjbPulUQXiZpBEYyEMe1azq8CpA$> and add a configuration of your desired colormap when calling ft_sourceplot.

Dear all,
I've been trying to replicate the results from the networkanalysis_tutorial (https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/tutorial/networkanalysis_eeg/<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/tutorial/networkanalysis_eeg/__;!!HJOPV4FYYWzcc1jazlU!_PQsKoNpgzSekz11kgVIRqQJ8w0a0igUXZrUFRceLpI3LNNi9iDeTfHn5Ef0wGhKPaSXcHGP_HQrjbPulUQXiZpBEYyEMe3d3EZAkA$>) with the script in the folder (ftp://ftp.fieldtriptoolbox.org/pub/fieldtrip/tutorial/networkanalysis_eeg/<https://urldefense.com/v3/__ftp://ftp.fieldtriptoolbox.org/pub/fieldtrip/tutorial/networkanalysis_eeg/__;!!HJOPV4FYYWzcc1jazlU!_PQsKoNpgzSekz11kgVIRqQJ8w0a0igUXZrUFRceLpI3LNNi9iDeTfHn5Ef0wGhKPaSXcHGP_HQrjbPulUQXiZpBEYyEMe1GoQZitA$>). So far I was able to obtain all the figures but figure 8 in the tutorial is completely different from what I get from the script. I've checked if the script is the same from the text in the tutorial web page. That seems to be the case. I though it could be the version from fieldtrip but tried with versions 2021 and 2020 resulting in the same figure. In the tutorial web page figure 8 seems to have been plotted with cfg.funcolormap = 'hot' even though the values I get are positive and negative which, according to the ft_sourceplot documentation, is applied variables with only positive values.

¿Has someone been able to replicate the results form the tutorial as the appear on the tutorial's web page? More specifically, figure 8. Other figures are almost (but not exactly) as they appear.

Thank you all in advance!
