[FieldTrip] Source Reconstruction

Good afternoon,

While doing some research regarding ways to deal with varying locations of
EEG electrodes. I learned that the most common way to deal with this
problem is by doing source reconstruction. I was wondering if it would be
at all possible to do reconstruction without EEG electrode locations (based
on the inverse solution, I don't think so)?
