[FieldTrip] how to use FieldTrip

 Dear sir, I am Atick, a researcher. I want to use FieldTrip to see Time-
Frequency decomposition. But i dont know how to use FieldTrip. I
already download. can you please send me any instruction to use firldtrip
with matlab?
