[FieldTrip] Scalp map of granger connectivity matrix values

Hi there,

I have produced a 64 channel x 64 channel x 60 frequencies granger connectivity matrix and I would like to project these values onto a scalp map with channels. I have obtained the channel layout, but I am unsure how to go about projecting these values. The tutorials of producing scalp map deal with signals.
