Are you recording your data in Oxysoft? You can export a measurement in Oxysoft to the *.oxy3 format: measurement --> export Measurement...

I hope this is the right place to ask my question:

How to analyze *.oxy4 files (Artinis, fNIRS data) in Matlab? I tried to use "ft_preprocessing" from the Fieldtrip toolbox, but online it says that the .oxy4 file format is currently not supported by FieldTrip (however, it does support the *.oxy3 files; http://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/tutorial/nirs_multichannel/).
Is there maybe a different function to still be able to convert/analyze *.oxy4 files?
