[FieldTrip] ft_connectivityanalysis

Dear all;
Is it possible to use ft_connectivityanalysis with a "data" input which is not an output of the ft_preprocessing function?Indeed I have an EEG time series in 16 channels. Filtering and denoising has been applied on it. Would you please tell me how to use this signal?Thanks.
