[FieldTrip] Problems with ft_prepare_headmodel

Dear Tzvetan,
That worked perfectly, thank you! Are there guidelines for use of mesh
inflation? E.g., does dilation by two voxels greatly bias source
reconstruction? If one inflates a subject's mesh, must one then inflate all
other subjects' meshes to the same degree?
