[FieldTrip] function ft_convert_coordsys

Dear fieldtrip community,

The function *ft_convert_coordsys *does not consider of converting the
*yokogawa *coordinate system to another coordinate system. In line number
95 it includes *{'ctf'  'bti'  '4d'}*. Can I include yokogawa coordinate
system in the similar fashion?
