[FieldTrip] about ft_connectivity_powcorr_ortho

dear all
I use hilbert get the complex signal.and use the
ft_connectivity_powcorr_ortho compute power envelope correlation .
But I find the  result contrast to the PLV.
1that why? the power envelope correlation of 1 not mean strong function
relation?
