I have used
ftp://ftp.cs.kun.nl/pub/Clean/Clean22/windows/Clean2.2-iTasks-AFP2008.zip to
compile that example.

Now I have checked against
http://www.niii.kun.nl/~clean/gec/CleanAll2.1.1.alpha3.TR0432.zip
distribution: it works OK.
