[clean-list] CGI in Clean

Hello,

I made a CGI program in Clean and deployed a sample at http://cleanoptenv.sourceforge.jp/.

While developping this, I made some libraries for this purpose, such as

* CGI library
* SQLite3 Binding
* MySQL5.0 Binding
* HTML templating preprocessor

The sample site uses SQLite3 database but I can easily modifiy it to use MySQL5.0 database.
