problem trying TCP examples.

I am having a problem with the TCP examples with clean 1.3.3 and IO lib =
1.2
When trying any of the TCP examples (in the distribution or in the =
manual) I get the error:-
Error [StdEventTCP.dcl,17,ChannelEnv]:Ids(PSt) instance not defined
Error [StdEventTCP.dcl,17,ChannelEnv]:lds(IOSt) instance not defined
Sorry If I am doing something obvious wrong, help is appreciated,
