FW: IDE dialog problem under Windows

I never seem to get any reply when I send things to clean@cs.kun.nl, so I am
resending this message to the discussion list.  (Please let me know whether
you ever received my mail.)  My apologies to the list members who are not on
the Clean team.

BTW, I just tried the 1.3 release and the problem persists.
