Clean list digest and archive

Hello,

Some time ago I promised to implement a digested version of the Clean
discussion list. After some struggle with the mailing list software I
had to give up on this, because of other work. Related to this is the
problem with the web archive of messages, which is not updated
automatically as it should.

Now that Clean 1.3 is almost released I will look into this again
next week. Meanwhile I've manually updated the Clean list archive at
http://www.cs.kun.nl/~clean/archives/clean-list and will continue
to do so until the automatic archiving has been fixed.
