After thinking about this more, I'm not entirely certain that the concept of
reflection makes any sense in purely functional languages. So I take it
back. Scratch that and replace it with Translational Programming and
metaprogramming facilities. I believe someone at cs.kun.nl did some work on
Translational Programming...
