[FieldTrip] Postdoc Position on Neuromodulation in Germany available

Dear Fieldtrip community,

The Experimental Psychology Lab at the Carl von Ossietzky Universität 
Oldenburg, lead by Prof Dr Herrmann is looking for a post-doc. The 
Experimental Psychology Lab focuses on the modulation of the human EEG 
by transcranial alternating current stimulation.

We offer a 3-year postdoc position with the opportunity for individual 
scientific qualification (habilitation). The position is suitable for 
part-time work. As the position involves teaching obligations, 
proficiency in German is unfortunately a prerequisite.

Tasks include: Development of experimental designs, conducting 
experiments, Data analysis, Preparation of manuscripts and teaching in 
the English-language master's programs Neurocognitive Psychology and 
Engineering of Sociotechnical Systems (4 LVS)

Requirements are:

Completed academic studies (diploma/master's degree) in Psychology, 
Biology, Neuroscience, or a related field

Completed doctorate in Psychology or a related field

Experience with experimental methods and questions in transcranial brain 
stimulation and/or electro- and/or magnetoencephalography (EEG/MEG)

Experience in programming with MATLAB

Demonstration of experience in these areas through international journal 
publications

Proficient knowledge of the German language is required for teaching.
