Hi Daniel
I think most of the open-source EEG/MEG analysis toolboxes, including FieldTrip, can read and edit data initially in BESA format. FieldTrip has a tutorial on how to get started with BESA data: https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/getting_started/besa/
Best regards

Ämne: [FieldTrip] BESA header batch editing
Hello -
I am a pediatric epileptologist/engineer who collects BESA data for computational analysis (via Nihon-Kohdon hardware), and I am new to the emailing list. I would like to use Matlab to edit batches of BESA file headers to remove identifying information (name, DOB, etc.). Does anyone know of a Matlab-based tool/script that can open->edit->save BESA header files?
Thank you so much for your help!
DS
