[FieldTrip] Help with ft_nonlinear association

Hello,

I am wondering if anybody has successfully used ft_nonlinear association. I
am having a lot of trouble using this script. Specifically, the information
preceding the script says to set cfg.toi to []. However, cfg.toi is used
later in the script and having it set to [] makes the time window [0,0]
which doesn't make sense. If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate
it.
