[FieldTrip] Source statistics on trial-based MEG data (MNE)

Hi Jan Mathijs,

Thanks for your reply! I would like to adopt a two-step approach. First, on a subject-level I want to run a correlation analysis between neural activity and RT for each subject (i.e., across trials). As a result I obtain a matrix of Rho values for each subject which I then want to enter into a group level cluster-based permutation test. We have already adopted this approach on the sensor level - but with source level data we are not sure how to do it. For example how do we compute neighbours (when using MNE approach)? I’d be grateful for any help.

Best

Nora
