Dear all,

I came across an issue about alignment while analyzing source-level
connectivity by following the tutorial
(*https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/tutorial/networkanalysis_eeg/#computation-of-the-forward-model
<https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/tutorial/networkanalysis_eeg/#computation-of-the-forward-model>*).
I could not align the standard_1005.elc with the headmodel_eeg downloaded
in
ftp://ftp.fieldtriptoolbox.org/pub/fieldtrip/tutorial/networkanalysis_eeg/.

However, the standard_1005.elc could be well aligned with the standard_bem
headmodel with the type of "dipoli" (
https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/template/headmodel/). Then the problem
must come from the difference between two headmodels. However, there was
little information about the headmodel_eeg with the type of "openmeeg".

So what is the difference between those two headmodels provided by
different tutorials? How could I align the standard_1005.elc well with the
headmodel_eeg with the type of "openmeeg"?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Jinwen
