[FieldTrip] Unbalanced sample size

Hi everyone, 
In my dataset, I have an unequal number of Normal and MCI (MCI=30, Normal=50).In which, this unbalanced sample size will affect the analysis (Brain network analysis) and any idea on how to solve this issue?
