[FieldTrip] Correlating frequencies: power to power

Dear Fieldtrip community, 

I would like to  compute correlation between different frequency bands. 
My time-frequency analysis was computed differently for low and high frequencies. For example, I do no have the same number of TF bins for low (beta) and high (gamma) frequencies.
I was wondering if there was a way to calculate the correlation bewteen these 2 frequency bands eventhough the number of points is not the same.
