[FieldTrip] missing data in source space ft_sourceplot shows only 'cortical' activity

Hello everyone,

I am doing source analysis of MEG data with DICS.

I have three conditions, and somehow the grandaverage of one of them doesn't show 'data' (there is no activity ) outside the cortex in deeper brain voxels. Like if i only had restricted the analysis to outer cortex?

Indeed when plotting the source i have some missing points....

problem is i used the same scripts as the other conditions  so i don't understand why this is happening...
