Subject: Specifying the ROI of reconstructed time series of brain sources
Dear community,
My name is Erfan Vajdi and I am working in the Biomedical lab in Tehran,
Iran on brain network connectivity measurement. Currently, I am analyzing
data of EEG and MEG.
In solving the inverse problem of MEG and EEG, I used the Multiple Sparse
Prior (MSP) technique to reconstruct the time series of the brain sources.
I have reconstructed the time series of brain sources by the SPM toolbox.
8196 dipoles were reconstructed.
Now I want to determine the anatomical regions of the dipoles as the
Regions of Interests (ROIs) by registering the AAL atlas (
http://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/template/atlas) onto the patient's MRI. But
I don't have any idea about how I can do that. I couldn't find any useful
documents. Can someone tell me what to do? Or introduce a related link?
Best,
Erfan Vajdi
