Dear All

I'm a little confused about this tutorial here: https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/tutorial/networkanalysis/

In this tutorial, the author calculated the connectivity-based per dipole then parcellated with the atlas.

However, like in Brainstorm, the pipeline they published is to parcellated first then calculate the connectivity based on per parcellated label. https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/Connectivity

So what the difference between these and why you prefer this way or in fact they did the same thing, but computing the connectivity per dipole costs more computation power?

Thanks so much and keep safe everybody.

Best regards

Jack Xu
