[FieldTrip] Extracting data from ft_singleplotTFR

Hello,

I wanted to know if there is a way to extract the data that is being plotted using the ft_singleplotTFR.m function; as in the final matrix generated to be plotted. I understand I can do this by formatting the time frequency data structure powspctrm field myself but was wondering if there is a quick way of doing this (or maybe there is a variable inside one of the functions that I can use as output?) that ideally doesn't involve modifying the fieldtrip functions (at least not much).

I would also like to do the same thing for the topoplots (specifically ft_topoplotTFR which calls other sub functions to generate the plot) if possible.
