Hi Vijay,
The best way to get started is to use the higher level function ft_connectivityanalysis, with cfg.method = ‘ppc’. Note that the data matrix needs to have an observation/trial dimension, so just a single 1xnfreq channel-pair csd will not fly. I suggest to search the documentation of fieldtriptoolbox.org<http://fieldtriptoolbox.org> to get more information
Best wishes,
Jan-Mathijs

Hello,
I apologize for this novice question - I'm pretty new to working with EEG signals.
I'm trying to use the ft_connectivity_ppc.m function to calculate the PPC between two channels of EEG. The shape of the input_matrix is defined as Repetitions X channel X channel. If I'm inputting the CSD between two channels, It will be a one dimensional vector instead of two dimensions, and this doesn't satisfy the input_matrix requirements.
Am I missing something here? Any help is appreciated.
Thanking you, I remain,
