[FieldTrip] Question about cluster based permutation testing in ECOG data

Hello,

My goal is to examine which range of frequencies and time from a spectrogram significantly differ between two conditions. More specifically, I want to run the cluster based permutation testing on observations of spectrograms between two conditions.

In order to do so, I am using the ft_freqstatistics.m function in fieldtrip. Although I do not use Fieldtrip for my time-Frequencey analysis - I organized the data in fieldtrip format. The function errors out due to inaccurate dimensions of frequencies and observation numbers. After probing the function, it seems that this information is achieved from the ____.cumtapcnt variable. I used wavelet analysis for frequency decomposition and it is not clear to me how define this variable.

I attached an image of how I set up all my variables for each of the conditions as well as the cfg definitions. Any suggestion on how to trouble shoot this would be much appreciated.

Thank you,
Sandra
