Hi Fieldtrippers,
I am currently trying to add age as a covariate in running cluster permutation statistics for comparing a control and clinical population group. I was wondering whether anyone has any inputs or suggestions on how to go about this.
The current idea that I've got after browsing online was doing it in a factorial design.
http://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/faq/how_can_i_test_an_interaction_effect_using_cluster-based_permutation_tests/
Unfortunately for me the age group distribution between the two groups were not the same.
Many thank's in advance.
Kind Regards,
Ronny
