Hi Yaocong,
Two things you may want to try: 1. use the "keep trials" option when you do
your source analysis. This method makes a lot of sense, but it did not work
for me. 2. Do source reconstruction separately for each individual trial.
You may calculate the filter in Fieldtrip using ft_sourceanalysis and then
use the filter for source reconstruction for each trial: reconstructed
source activity = filter*data (in individual trial). This second option
worked for me.
