[FieldTrip] iEEG square wave 'notch' artifact

Hi Tim,
Those may be due to wire tugs, possibly as a result of the subject making
(abrupt) movements (of the head). Logically, they are artifacts and need to
be dealt with. Hopefully, someone here has found a way to do so effectively.
