[FieldTrip] FEM: Missing SIMBIO toolbox

Hi,

I think the Simbio toolbox is missing in fieldtrip-20160407 and -20160412.
I tried generating a FEM volume conduction model and got the following
error message in Matlab:

Error using ft_hastoolbox (line 485)
the SIMBIO toolbox is not installed, see
https://www.mrt.uni-jena.de/simbio/index.php/Main_Page

I checked in the filedtrip/external directory and the Simbio folder was
indeed missing. I solved the problem by downloading an older version ( 2016
March 19th), but I thought it's worth posting anyway for your information.
