At this moment FieldTrip does not yet include an implementation of sLORETA. However, it does have an implementation of eLORETA (see FT_SOURCEANALYSIS with cfg.method=‘eloreta’). Perhaps you could use the low level inverse/ft_eloreta code to make an sLORETA implementation.
