[FieldTrip] bootstrap

Dear all, I have a statistical question. In an experiment, I have 2
conditions. We deliberately collected lesser trials in one condition than
another. Cond1 has 96 trials and Cond2 has 144 trials, basically in 40:60
ratio rather than 50:50. In order to avoid any sample bias, do I need to
bootstrap the Cond1 so it equals Cond2?
If so, Is there a way to do it in FT? Any suggestion would be of great help.
