[FieldTrip] surfaceplot made by ft_sourceplot sparing the frontal lobes

Dear Arjen,

I followed your advice to use the most recent version of fieldtrip again
for checking the update on ft_sourceplot . But the one of Monday and
Tuesday (7th and 8th) don't seem to work. I can't unzip them, the file is
apparently invalid. Would it be possible to send me the updated
ft_sourceplot function until the problem with the serverversion is fixed?
