[FieldTrip] topoplotER - how to plot a selection of channels ?

Hi Franziska,
check out the help of ft_topoplotER and what options there are for
cfg.interpolation, one of these does what you want (afair 'cubic'). An
alternative would be to set datapoints of all irrelevant channels to nan
and then use cfg.interpolatenan = 'no', but the former suggestion is
cleaner/better/easier than the latter.
