[FieldTrip] Merging files and speeding up

Hi all

I have 3 blocks for each patient in my experiment and there are separately
header , marker and dat file for each of them! I would like to merge these
files together and generate one header and one dat and one marker file for
each patient! Is it possible in fieldtrip or you know the other way around?
