[FieldTrip] how to avoid displaying function info

This is now possible, see http://bugzilla.fcdonders.nl/show_bug.cgi?id=1191 and especially the last comment for details.

Note that in case the callinfo is printed, the memory estimate only returns something useful on Linux and OS X. On Windows the memory useage cannot be estimated yet.

PS the main reason for printing the callinfo is to educate users about the memory and time requirements, so that users can more easily get reasonable lower-bound estimates for the resources required when doing distributed computing on a torque/sge linux cluster.
