Dear Hannah,

You may want to have a look at the following:

http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl/faq/is_it_possible_to_keep_track_of_trial-specific_information_in_my_fieldtrip_analysis_pipeline

http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl/development/ensure_consistend_trial_definition

We tried to make things as backward compatible as possible, but there
may be some loose ends here and there. Let me know whether the
information is helpful and allows you to tweak your analysis pipeline
such that it works again.

Best,

Jan-Mathijs
