Dear Guillaume,

Thanks for the reply. I think what I meant with "keeping the condition 
structure", refelcts what you have described in your awnser (but in a far 
better way I gave to admit !).

What I did is doing so in "R" (a statistical package) and then use fieldtrip to do 
the cluster statistic.
