Statistics on a pre-defined cluster

Hi Jess,

You can use avgoverchan, avgovertime and avgoverfreq configuration
options in freqstatistics. However, that does not allow you to make a
cluster with "ragged edges", i.e. one channel only being included for
part of the time in which the effect is significant and not for
another part. If you want to do that, then you will have to average
over the channel-time-frequency points in the cluster by hand.

best regards,
Robert

The aim of this list is to facilitate the discussion between users of the FieldTrip toolbox, to share experiences and to discuss new ideas for MEG and EEG analysis. See also http://listserv.surfnet.nl/archives/fieldtrip.html and http://www.ru.nl/fcdonders/fieldtrip.
