missing files, reshape

Dear Luisa,

I put the missing GA_ERF_orig mat-file on the ftp-server. You can  
access it at:

ftp://ftp.fcdonders.nl (username: anonymous, password: your e-mail  
address). It's in the directory /pub/temporary.

As far as I can see, the second problem could be related to the fact  
that you do not have the correct data. It might be solved when you  
use the data in the mat-file.
