custom define trial to remove BAD data

Hi,
  I would like to remove data which i have marked as BAD using CTF software,
before using preprocessing. Is there anywhere I can find an example
mytrialfun script that would do this? I'm a beginner matlab programmer, so
can't seem to work it out for myself!!
