[clean-list] Matrix operations

I thought there was once a Clean-library with matrix operations. I don't see that on the download page anymore. It does not seem te be in the distribution either. Does anybody still have it?

I am looking for ways / examples to work on matrices (in place updates for speed) and avoiding uniqueness error messages.
