When I localized CleanIDE, that is to fix to display japanese fonts correctlly, I modified three files
below:

 * ObjectIO/OS Windows/osfont.icl
 * ObjectIO/OS Windows/Windows_C_12/cCrossCall_121.c
 * ObjectIO/OS Windows/Windows_C_12/cCrossCallWindows_121.c
