[clean-list] ANSI standard Clean?

Er, ANSI only define *USA* standards, not world standards.

Something more in keeping with Clean's current open source status
would be to offer it to ECMA, who have the pleasant habit of making
standards available free over the net.  If it was good enough for
Javascript and C#, why not Clean?
