[clean-list] a server program

I am not very experienced with these kinds of things, 
but I wonder if and how some kind of server can be 
realized with Clean:

what I have in mind is a Clean program that can recieve 
messages and react with some responses to these messages;
the server should  be able to react  simulatenously
to several messages.
