[clean-list] TCP library

In a project I am using the TCP library, which I found very nice
and easy to use. 

Unfortunately this library is not available for Linux. I wonder
how much effort it would be to port this library to Linux. The sole
bigger problem seems to be that it needs the Object IO library,
but as it seems it is just very loosely based on the Object IO library.
