[ANN] CLAS 0.7 released - Clean Linear Algebra Subroutines

Version 0.7 of the Clean Linear Algebra Subroutines (CLAS)
has been released and can be downloaded from

	http://www.cs.kun.nl/~clean/download.html#CLAS

There is also a help page available.

CLAS 0.7 introduces slicing (accessing subarrays), a solver for least
square problems, Cholesky decomposition and some bugs fixes.

Comments, remarks, suggestions (particularly concerning slicing) are more
than welcome.
